If my State allow medical marijuana can I smoke it at anytime without being prescribed marijuana?
That would be nice but NO. You have to be prescribed marijuana before you can legally smoke marijuana. Most States do not allow Medical Marijuana but times are changing.

Am I allowed to give or sell the product I buy from you to anyone else?
NO! Under law, use of medical marijuana is for verified patients’ use only. Patients acknowledge and agree that they will use it for their own personal
use and will not sell it to others. Caregivers, however, who have their own verified letters of recommendation may provide product to another patient with a valid letter recommendation.
Is possession of Medical Marijuana legal under Federal law?
No. Possession, cultivation and use of marijuana, even for medical purposes, and even with a doctor’s recommendation, are still illegal under Federal law. The state
of California however supports the use of medical marijuana.
